No risk to you. If the weather doesn’t cooperate we will re-schedule you for the next available spot. If it is not possible to reschedule, we will refund you. If you do not hear from us it means the lesson is a go and we expect you to show up. We welcome you to call or text us 1hr prior to the lesson to check on weather conditions.
Please note our cancellation policy. We require 48hrs notice for any cancellation. During Dec.21-Jan.6th and March 7-April 30 we do not accept any cancellations. We are a small company and last minute cancellations are devastating. No shows are charged in full.
We require full payment in advance for all reservations as we are holding the spot & instructor and will be turning away other paying guests to ensure our availability for you. No shows will be charged in full and we do not accept cash. No lesson is considered confirmed or booked until we have received payment.
We accept tips in cash or they can added to your credit card charge.
